Local Authority Building Control

We have been nominated three times for LABC Awards.
In two instances for the "Best Extension or Alteration to Existing Planning" Award.
Our 2nd Nomination for the Winsley House, see below, reached the Regional Finals, which we are very proud of.

LABC Conversion of the Year Award

We were also nominated for the LABC conversion of the year for the unique garage conversion we completed for one of our loyal clients; ex Bath City rugby player, Guy Mercer.

IZEO Construction converted a disused garage into a unique living space for Guy and his wife.

Transforming a completely disused garage in the centre of town into a luxury two bedroom apartment.

Ensuring the space was light and airy, a world away from it's former use.

This was also featured in Bath Life Magazine, whom featured the project.

Bath Property Awards 2020

We have been nominated in both the Contractor of the year and Developer of the year categories. Results will be out in March 2021.....so watch this space!
